PERSONAL TRAINING
This will consist of a one-on-one personal training method. This will include a fitness assessment and a fully customized workout program geared towards helping you reach your fitness needs and goals.
There are also monthly training packages available for those who want to purchase monthly sessions in at a reduced price vs paying individual sessions. To get a custom monthly package please contact Eric for details. All monthly packages must be paid up front.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
This arrangement is meant for a group of individuals with similar fitness goals who prefer to train with others. It is less personalized than private individual training while saving on cost. A minimum of 3 people is a must.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED WORKOUT PROGRAM
Each workout plan is totally customized for you to take anywhere. Each plan is designed for 4 weeks. This is perfect for those who want to workout on their own but want to follow a specific plan. This can also suit those who might be bored and want to try something new and/or challenging. Each workout plan will be designed based on your goals, whether its fat loss, muscle building, or overall general health.

Noteworthy Points / Refund Policy
- Each client must go through a fitness assessment
- Each client must sign a waiver before starting a fitness program
- All training sessions and packages must be paid upfront and in full prior to beginning of first session
- Monthly packages must be used for that 4 week period only, no rollovers
- If sessions are not used within the package the price will adjust based on session frequency used
- No calls / no shows will be charged for the session
- No refunds given for missed sessions
- 24 hour notice of cancellation required to avoid being charged
- $45 cancellation fee for less than 24 hour notice – no exceptions
